MALEVOLENT CREATION albums to be re-issued

South Florida death metal pioneers MALEVOLENT CREATION have reached an agreement with Poland's METAL MIND productions to re-release four of their albums as limited edition digipacks, remastered using 24-bit technology. "Eternal" (1996), "In Cold Blood" (1997), "The Fine Art of Murder" (1998) and "Manifestation" (compilation from 2000). For more information visit the click here.

Reunited CYNIC planning World Tour

South Florida's pioneering technical Death Metal band CYNIC have been booked for this year's Wacken Open Air festival in Germany this August according to founding member and drummer Sean Reinert. As Sean reports CYNIC have completed a new 3 song demo at AudioHammer Studios with producer Jason Suecof in Sanford as an effort to begin talks with labels about a future release. BLACK TIDE debut album streaming available

Miami's up and coming BLACK TIDE have posted their entire debut album "Light from Above" for streaming at this location. Due March 18th, 2008 through Interscope Records, the album was recorded with Johnny K who has also worked with the likes of Machine Head, Soil and Disturbed. A 7 minute video clip with performance and interview footage can be viewed below
